Virgin Mobile (India) Spreads out GSM Services in 5 Telecom Circles
Targeting only young generation, Virgin Mobile (India) enlarges its GSM mobile network in five more telecom circles including, Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh- Chhattisgarh, Haryana, and Bihar via franchisee agreement with Tata Teleservices Ltd.
Virgin Mobile GSM StartUp Kit (SUK) costs Rs.49, which contains Virgin GSM SIM with lifetime validity and zero talk value. The operator commences three tariff plans, two type of Per Minute Plans, and one Per Second Plan.
Virgin Mobile also brought Get Paid for Incoming Calls scheme for its GSM users. Now after activation of GSM services, subscribers can enjoy getting paid 10 paisa per minute on every incoming call for a period of 180 days with Per Minute Plan.
