*191# is a channel to check all the details about GPRS, 3G data balance, Free SMS remaining, free STD/ISD/Local call minutes and other such packs. Dial 6 following *191# as Status of Free Usage – Pool Balance option. All the required details will be sent to you via SMS.

*580# code will help you if you want to know your own number. This is used when you don’t have any balance and the SIM is either too old that you have forgotten the number or the SIM is bought freshly. Otherwise more ways are definitely there. Dial the code from that particular SIM and the number will be made known to you.
