Ever since we started off with iPhone Jailbreaking tutorials, we keep getting queries related to the iPhone recovery mode. Getting your iPhone into recovery mode is pretty simple – just shut down your iPhone, hold down the home button, and then plug the device into iTunes.

Doing so you will be prompted saying that you must restore the device back to the factory defaults. This where most of the first-timers panic, thinking restoring is all they can do. Don’t despair! RecBoot comes to your rescue!

RecBoot is a free tool for Windows, Linux and Mac, using which the users can easily take an iPhone out of recovery mode. As you can see in the above screenshot, RecBoot provides an option for the users to either Enter Recovery mode or exit Recovery mode.

In Windows, you will be required to copy a DLL file into the directory from which you are running the tool from. If you are a Mac user you will see two differentapplications: RecBoot and RecBoot Exit Only. Unlike Windows, Mac users need not copy any DLL file. Videocon planning to invest Rs 4 billion in Kerala

Videocon, India’s leading business corporations, has launched its GSM mobile services in Kerala, will be investing the Rs 4 billion in the state with over 1500 signal towers or BTS in the first phase. Aravind Santhanam, Chief Operating Officer, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, said about the Rs 2 billion to Rs 2.5 billion has already been invested in the state The services have been started with a network of 1500 BTS at the time of launch, which is expected to touch 2500 by the year end.

Motorola has unveiled a new version of its Milestone Android mobile phone. The Milestone XT720 features an 8 megapixel camera with 10x digital zoom, 720p HD camcorder, Xenon flash and smart image capture. The Android 2.1 handset comes with an HDMI out, 8GB microSD card expandable up to 32GB and 3.7-inch, WVGA (480X854) capacitive touch screen. While the previous Milestone was a slider with Qwerty keypad, the new version is a tablet and can be slotted into a multimedia station for watching video. A suite of Google mobile applications including Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail and YouTube as well as Motorola’s Motonav turn-by-turn navigation are also integrated onto the device. In addition to GPS, the phone comes with Wi-Fi and HSPA access, a 3.5mm headset jack, FM radio, media player and the Webkit browser. No release date was given for the phone, but Motorola said that Data Select will be the exclusive distributor of the handset in the UK and Northern Europe.
