Airtel has got stay orders from the court. Airtel, which had been ordered to stop the controversial 3G roaming services within 72 hours, has got a stay order from the court.

Airtel pays a penalty of Rs. 10,000

Airtel has been directed to pay Rs. 10,000 for disconnecting services without notice.
Consumer forum New Delhi has ordered Airtel to pay Rs. 10,000 to compensate the disconnection of services to a subscriber. The Delhi resident Satish Kumar Donk has been compensated with Rs. 10,000 for enduring “mental pain, agony and harassment” as a result of inability to use his mobile phone.
